You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund if you change your mind. Items must meet the following conditions for a return:
- Unworn and unused, with no more than 10 km on the display for ebikes.
- All accessories (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be included, and the item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
7.2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Damaged items caused by human error or mishandling.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Personalized products (e.g., custom-built bikes or accessories).
7.3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and accepted for return.
7.4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
- If faulty or defective items are reported within 14 days of receipt, return shipping will be covered by MedBike.
7.5. Quality Issues
For faulty or defective items:
- Within 14 days: You may receive a free return or exchange.
- After 14 days: Returns are not accepted, but our support team may assist in coordinating repairs.

Refunds may be denied or reduced if:
- The product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
- The product is returned damaged, shows wear and tear, or is missing parts.

Unless otherwise specified, all warranties are non-transferable and apply solely to the original customer. If you purchase Goods with a MedBike warranty, it guarantees that the Goods will be functional for the duration of the warranty period. If you replace the Goods within the warranty period, the original warranty will not reset, and you will only benefit from the remainder of the original warranty period. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or misdescribed Goods.

11. Liability

11.2. Intended Use of Goods
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, the Goods and Services provided by MedBike Limited are designed for private and personal use only. By purchasing from us, you agree not to use the Goods for commercial purposes, resale, or in a business setting. MedBike Limited accepts no responsibility for loss of income, interruption of business, or missed business opportunities resulting from such use.
11.3. Exclusions to Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability in the following circumstances:
(a) Death or personal injury caused by negligence on our part;
(b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

12. Events Beyond Our Control
12.1. Exclusion of Liability for Unforeseeable Events
MedBike Limited cannot be held liable or responsible for any failure to fulfill, or delays in fulfilling, our obligations under a Contract due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances, referred to as “Events Beyond Our Control,” include but are not limited to:
- Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disputes involving third parties;
- Civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist acts, or threats thereof;
- War (declared or not) or preparations for war;
- Natural disasters such as fire, storms, floods, earthquakes, or epidemics;
- Failures of public or private transportation networks or telecommunication systems;
- Any other unforeseeable and uncontrollable event preventing normal operations.
12.2. Consequences of Events Beyond Our Control
If such an event occurs, we will inform you promptly and take reasonable steps to minimize the impact. However, our contractual obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and timelines for performance will be extended accordingly.
13. Changes to Our Terms and Conditions
13.1. Updates to Terms
MedBike Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Conditions from time to time. The version of the Conditions in effect at the time you place your Order will apply to the Contract between you and us.
14. Communications Between Us
14.1. How We Will Communicate
Any notices or formal communication under the Contract must be made in writing (including via email) and addressed to the recipient’s last known contact details. Acceptable delivery methods include hand delivery, post, recorded delivery, courier services, or email.
14.2. Timing of Communications
Notices are considered received as follows:
- If delivered by hand, at the time of delivery;
- If sent by first-class post or recorded delivery, by 9:00 am on the second business day following postage;
- If delivered by courier, upon receipt confirmation;
- If sent by email, on the next business day after transmission.
14.3. Legal Proceedings
This clause does not affect the service of legal proceedings or other formal legal documents, which must adhere to established legal protocols.
15. General Terms
15.1. Transfer of Rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to another entity, but this will not impact your rights under these Conditions.
15.2. Assignment by You
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Conditions with our written consent.
15.3. Third-Party Rights
This Contract is exclusively between MedBike Limited and the customer. No third party has any rights to enforce its terms.
15.4. Severability
If any part of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining Conditions will remain valid and enforceable.
15.5. Waiver of Rights
If we do not enforce our rights under these Conditions immediately, it does not mean we have waived those rights. Any waivers will be explicitly provided in writing.
15.6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
